Customer Service Consultant

• The job is a combination of customer service, account management, administration, and logistics. The main functions of the role Include:

• Assessing whether we can help them

• Assisting clients in obtaining their visa from start to finish

• Advising them what the process is, what the requirements are, checking their paperwork and documentation before they send them

• Preparation of their paperwork on arrival, and client follow up through the entire process.

• As we specialise in assisting large corporate firms obtain their visas, you would be responsible for dealing with multinational client accounts, ensuring that support and guidance is provided throughout the visa process.

• The role is fast paced with constant communication with clients throughout, troubleshooting individual cases, trying to find solutions for complex cases, providing solutions based on logistics and timings.

• A candidate can expect to be kept busy throughout the day, spinning multiple plates due to a wide range of different scenarios, different visa types, embassies, varying rules that change frequently. Why work for the company?
