An amazing opportunity has arisen for Credit Controller at a leading real estate company. This business has forged an exemplary reputation over the last two decades for their astute acquisitive property investment strategy which has contributed to year-on-year exponential growth and compilation of a high performing property portfolio containing diverse range of asset classes.

You will work within a friendly and dynamic finance team where you will be assigned to recovering debt across a sizeable commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Manage and take ownership of a full range of real estate debt recovery functions

• Ensure client accounts are up to date, and reconciliations are in line with expectations

• Take payments

• Arrange payment proposals for aged debt and ensuring compliance

• Liaise with debtors to negotiate payment plans

• Credit checking

• Review and update Aged Debt reports

• Generate and send invoices to clients as part of the debt collection process

• Attend to general client queries as and when required

• Provide assistance with regular reporting

• Communicate regular updates to the finance team

• Deal with difficult and sensitive clients/ cases

• Review and resolve any data inaccuracies Successful candidates will have acquired a minimum of two years Credit Control experience specifically in relation to real estate debt (commercial real estate debt recovery experience preferred but not essential).


In addition, you will have a diligent and confident approach with good debt recovery track record, detailed knowledge of Credit Control processes and procedures, attention to detail.
